Founding Members

Based in Lanarkshire, Scotland, Arun is one of the U.K’s pioneering Endosopic Ear Surgeons and has been instrumental in driving the EES movement across the U.K. He is also an Executive Board member of IWGEES. 

Bhav is a consultant ENT surgeon at Northwick Park, specialising in endoscopic ear surgery (EES). Contrary to convention he trained first in endoscopic techniques before later incorporating microscopic otology into his practice. He is passionate about advancing EES in the UK and integrating it as a routine component of surgical training for future generations.

Chris is a consultant ENT Surgeon at the Queen Elizabeth hospital, Birmingham. His fields of interest are endoscopic ear surgery, chronic ear disease and implantation otology. He has a PhD in robotic surgery. He is the CEO of endoscope-i, a tech start-up company creating and delivering innovative healthcare solutions.

Owen has well over a decade of experience of using total endoscopic ear surgery for all his otology work including ossiculoplasty and stapes surgery (rarely now does he use the microscope).  He has pioneered and developed techniques of endoscopic laser surgery including laser tympanoplasty for retraction pocket treatment.
